DeskPos stores your business data locally on your device. If you enable cloud backup, data is encrypted and transmitted to our secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Business data stored in cloud backups will be retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter, as specified in our data retention policy.
